Street Work

To me, street photography isn’t easily classified. It’s not exactly art, in the sense that it doesn't result from intentionality, yet it is in the sense that it can convey irony, humor, social commentary as well as other aspects of photography can. The best will still be well-exposed and well-composed as good photographs should be, especially difficult given the transient opportunities street shooting affords. It’s a scattershot activity with a depressingly low yield, can produce some uncomfortable moments on the street, and challenges one’s presence of mind and powers of observation. It can be fun, if frustrating. Here are some. I hope they aren't too subtle, or too obvious.
